Hi!

I'm Livia, a health coach, former senior executive and CEO, board director, mother of five — and yes, a paramotor pilot.

I'm 52, navigating perimenopause myself.

Having been diagnosed with Psoriasis (an autoimmune disease) in my late 20s, I've spent decades learning about the science and connection between food, lifestyle, our bodies and minds.

Then I wanted to take it further and got certified so I could practice internationally and help women to better work WITH their bodies, not against them.

Many of the approaches I learnt align with transitioning through perimenopause into menopause.

What I also know is that for many of us, we were never taught how to listen and work with our bodies.

So now I coach professional women who are intelligent, capable, and completely exhausted by the noise.

My approach is evidence-based, practical, and always grounded in real life. No silver bullets. No fear. Just clarity.
